OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jason R. Fowler – 30, Bainbridge Island, Wash., burglary (four counts), grand theft, $500,000 bond.

Garrett L. Morgan – 36, Spokane, grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Tina M. Mongan , – Sandpoint, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Kelsey J. Thacker – 30, Port Townsend, Wash., burglary (four counts), grand theft, $500,000 bond.

Charles S. Walters – 49, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, malicious injury to property, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Brad H. Borba – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/domestic battery, minor in possession of alcohol, $10,000 bond.

Corey D. Carpenter – 37, Rathdrum, failure to appear/petty theft, five days in jail.

Joli L. Castro – 29, Rathdrum, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Dale A. Cole – 39, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $20,000 bond.

Ralph F. Jones – 49, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to provide proof of insurance, $1,000 bond.

Paul J. Librande – 28, Hayden, failure to appear/violation of a protection order, malicious injury to property, $2,500 bond.

Gilfeard G. Lyke – 37, Athol, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $3,000 bond.

Terry L. McCollum – 48, Post Falls, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.

Peter J. Michelsen – 49, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, malicious injury to property, $5,000 bond.

Shawn M. Norton – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to provide proof of insurance, $1,000 bond.

Mikele A. Nutting – 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to provide proof of insurance, invalid driver’s license, $9,000 bond.

Kendall R. Pool – 26, Harrison, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

Kevin C. Searls – 22, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, failure to provide proof of insurance, $2,500 bond.

Michael F. Stephan – 40, Hayden, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, $20,000 bond.

Michelle R. Zander – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.
