The Taste of the Coeur d’Alenes, Downtown Street Fair and Art on the Green – All three events kick off Friday. The Taste will have approximately 25 food booths, the downtown street fair will feature local arts and crafts, and Art on The Green held on the North Idaho College Campus is a juried art show. Dance on the Lake – with the big band, Tuxedo Junction, on two of the biggest boats in the resort fleet, that will be tied together for plenty of room to dance. Registration deadline for Players in Progress Performance Team – is Friday with the Post Falls Parks and Recreation Dept. The team performs at halftime at local high school and college basketball games.
