NEW FACES

National Property Inspections has recently hired Al Greco as a home and property and pest inspector. Greco has over 30 years of electrical, HVAC, gas, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry experience.

The Ameritas Acacia Companies has recently hired Jonna Yates as a financial consultant. She was previously with American Express Financial Advisors and attended Eastern Washington University.

Linda Fastenow has recently been hired at the North Wall Street office of Windermere Real Estate as a sales associate. She was previously a sales associate at the Windermere Tri-Cities office in Richland, Wash.

The North Wall Street office of Windermere Real Estate has recently hired Dustin Greenup as a sales associate. Greenup is a graduate of Whitworth College where he majored in both business management and economics.

Brad Moeller has recently been hired at the North Wall Street office of Windermere Real Estate as a sales associate. Moeller was previously an executive director with the Tacoma/Pierce County Sports Commission and was also a sports development manager with the Spokane Regional Sports Commission.

Shriners Hospitals for Children, Spokane, has recently hired Dr. Sharon R. Genung as hospital pediatrician. Genung was previously with Pediatric Associates of Spokane and has served as the director of medical services at the U.S. Air Force Hospital at Fairchild Air Force Base.

Craig Mastenbaum has recently returned to Hollister-Stier Laboratories LLC as the director of business development for contract manufacturing. Most recently, Mastenbaum was the director of parenteral operations for Chiron Corp. in California and was also director of manufacturing for Hollister-Stier.

Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency has recently hired Mason Kins as a personal lines insurance agent. He has previously worked as an insurance agent in Colorado and Idaho.

NEW BUSINESS

National Property Inspections has recently opened a second franchise office in Spokane specializing in both residential and commercial inspections. It’s owned and operated by Rifat Aktimur .

Ameritas Acacia Companies has opened an office at 1010 N. Normandie, Suite 305. The company offers financial services.

Joan M. Snover, formerly of Snover Realtime Reporting, and Gale Wm. Parrish of Court Reporting Services have merged their two companies to form Snover and Parrish, LLC, Professional Court Reporting Services. Snover has worked as a court reporter in Spokane and Boston for more than 18 years and Parrish has worked as a court reporter in Washington state for more than 30 years.

Nick Murto and Tyler Lafferty have recently opened Seven2, an interactive communications agency in Spokane. The agency will focus on delivering effective online marketing and Web-development services.

Kathleen Markley has recently opened K.A.M. Family Childcare at 2311 E. Empire in Spokane. The center will serve children from infants to 11 years of age. Markley holds a certificate in general business skills from Spokane Community College and has completed the 20-hour S.T.A.R. program. She has worked in the child care business for over 20 years. Hollister-Stier Laboratories has recently promoted Jeff Milligan to vice president of engineering, validation and process development. Milligan has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering and was previously the director of engineering and maintenance for the company.

Charles Moore has recently been promoted to director of quality unit and development at Hollister-Stier Laboratories. He was previously the director of contract manufacturing. Moore holds Bachelor of Science degrees in microbiology and animal science from Iowa State University.

Randy Guidinger has recently been promoted to assistant vice president of credit union services at Washington Capitol Mortgage Group. He has 15 years of experience in the credit union industry.

Sterling Savings Bank has recently promoted Debbie Poffenroth to assistant vice president. She has been with the bank for two years and holds a bachelors degree in business from Eastern Washington University.

Pat Michielli of Vector Marketing Corp. has recently reached the $50,000 career sales milestone. Michielli sells Cutco Cutlery.

Arlene Fisher, finance director and city clerk for the City of Liberty Lake, has recently received the Professional Finance Officer award for 2004 from the Washington Finance Officers Association.

NEW LOCATION

Columbia Paint and Coatings has recently opened a new store at 1396 E. Iron Eagle Drive in Eagle, Idaho. The location is the Spokane-based company’s 36th store.
