African Children’s Choir

Deer Park Settlers Days

Rodeo today and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, kiddie parade at 9:45 a.m., Settlers Parade at 10 a.m., food booths, arts and crafts vendors, Deer Park High School reunions, and amateur music fest at noon. Runs through Sunday. Swinyard Park, Deer Park. 276-3123.

Fair-Trade and Artisan Fair

Fair-trade imports and local artisans’ wares. Sponsored by Lost Horse Press and Outskirts Gallery. Coeur d’Alene Tribe encampment and pow wow. Tribes from around the country gather with more than 800 dancers, drummers, arts and crafts. “Little Shop of Horrors”

Presented by the Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre. One of the longest-running off-Broadway shows, this spoof of the 1950s sci-fi movies is charming, tuneful and hilarious. Royal Fireworks Festival and Concert
