Labryinth walk offered at St. John

The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, 12th and Grand Blvd., is hosting an outdoor labyrinth walk on Sunday at 7 p.m.

Dr. Andra McCrady will play the carillon bells and a brief lecture, “How to Walk the Labyrinth,” will be given at 6:30 p.m. for anyone who has never taken a labyrinth walk before.

Rummage sale

Heritage Congregational Church, 1801 E. 29th Ave., is holding a rummage sale Friday and Saturday.

The sale begins at 8:30 a.m. and will include furniture, clothing, books jewelry, games, toys and more.

All Nations Warriors for Christ

Central Seventh-day Adventist Church, 828 W. Spofford Ave., is holding its monthly All Nations Warriors for Christ meeting on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

The group will sing hymns, tell Bible stories, and listen to music and testimonials.

The group will provide day care and refreshments will be served.

Vacation Bible schools

• Northview Bible Church, 13521 N. Mill Road, is holding vacation Bible school Monday to July 23 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Children in kindergarten through the sixth grade will learn Bible stories and participate in games, skits and crafts. Snacks will be provided.

Children from the age of 3 through the sixth grade will meet Rick the Brick and enjoy lessons, music, crafts, and games.
