Eastern Washington University will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Masters in Computer Science program with an event on Tuesday. The program will feature demonstrations of artificial intelligence, computer games and cyber-security. It’s being held in conjunction with a joint meeting of the Inland Northwest Association for Computing Machinery and the Spokane Information Technology Special Interest Group Alliance. The evening’s guest of honor will be John Shovic, founder of Tri-Geo Network Security, who is a member of EWU’s computer science faculty. The anniversary event will start at 5:30 p.m. in room 301 of Gonzaga University’s Herak Center. For information, call (509) 358-2063.
