Hubfest 2004 – Starting Monday, incoming sixth- and seventh-graders are invited to attend a week’s worth of activities and fun at these sessions held at five of the six Spokane middle schools, Chase, Garry, Glover, Sacajawea and Salk. The day camps begin at 9:30 a.m. and last until 2:30 p.m. and open gym activities are available in the mornings. Bus transportation and reduced tuition rates are available. Camp Fire USA – Clubs forming for children between the ages of 3-grade 12. Call the Camp Fire USA Service Center for more information, 747-6191.

Creativity Clubhouse – This summer outreach program is presented by the Children’s Museum and KSPS Public Television. Children between the ages of eight and 10 can participate in gardening projects, international crafts, ZOOM science projects and make Lego skyscrapers. Jump Rope Academy – Instruction includes single rope and double Dutch; ages 2-adult. Monday-Saturday. Free introduction class. Birthday and group workshops; $8 per person.
