Registration dates wrong

Because of incorrect information provided to the paper, the wrong registration dates and times for Lake City High School students were reported in Tuesday’s Handle. Registration will be Aug. 27 for seniors, Aug. 30 for juniors, Aug. 31 for sophomores and Sept. 1 for freshmen. On each of those days, students with last names M-Z register from 9 to 11 a.m. and students A-L register from noon to 2 p.m. Freshman orientation is 7 p.m. on Sept. 1.

Joe Valente’s name misspelled

Joe Valente is a candidate for Spokane County Superior Court judge, position 8. Because of a clerical error, his name was misspelled in a list of candidates on Page B5 of Sunday’s Spokesman-Review.
