Boat Launch To Close For Flood Repair

The public boat launch at Killarney Lake will be closed starting Monday for flood repair work, according to the Bureau of Land Management.

The launch will be closed for about three weeks while workers from Sainsbury Construction Co. of Kellogg rebuild the eroded shoreline with fill and protect it with geotextile and rip rap. The contractor also will prepare the parking area for future paving. , DataTimes
