Visitors Bureau Wins Destination Award

For the second consecutive year, the Spokane Area Convention & Visitors Bureau has received the Top Destination Award from Facilities magazine.

The magazine’s annual poll surveys convention planners and association executives to determine their favorite convention and trade show destinations. Several thousand ballots were received. Only cities receiving 100 or more nominations were in the running for the Top Destination Award.

Spokane Area Convention & Visitors Bureau was one of 51 agencies receiving the award.

Annual convention business income for Spokane, which was considered a small convention city for the poll, is approximately $65 million. , DataTimes
