Hints From Heloise

King Features Syndicate

Dear Heloise: For the most recent wedding I photographed, the bride-to-be prepared and furnished me with a list of pictures she wanted. This was very, very helpful.

The groups included those at the bride’s home, before the ceremony at the church, those during the ceremony and those following the ceremony, and finally those at the reception.

Photographers will thank the brides-to-be over and over again for being so thoughtful and helpful! Likewise, each member of the wedding party will be appreciative of this advance preparation.

A great column service; keep it up! - Les Eugene Abrahamson, Texarkana, Texas

Dear Heloise: My grandfather taught me to clean small-neck vases with soapy water and BBs (shot).

When done, catch BBs in strainer, rinse and dry. It works great with bottle and jars. - M. Thompson, West Sacramento, Calif.
