Ravioli To Rave About

So you think all ravioli is full of ground beef?

Among its many pastas, The Pasta Shop in Spokane makes ravioli and the larger, crescent-shaped agnolotti with such sophisticated stuffings as Italian meat, spinach/ricotta, basil/ chicken, salmon/dill and gorgonzola with walnut - even amaretto and sweet potato for dessert.

And if you think you can do better, they’ll also make custom ravioli just the way you want it (5-pound minimum order).

Price: About $6.25 per pound.

Available: In Spokane at the Pasta Shop, 6418 N. Wall (465-1129); also at Harry O’s Fresh Market and Huckleberry’s Fresh Market in the Spokane Valley (other Pasta Shop pastas available at both Huckleberry’s locations).
