Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Steven W. Fitch 43, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

David J. Holland 27, Spirit Lake, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Wesley D. Kline 46, Coeur d’Alene, nonsufficient funds checks, grand theft, $8,000 bond.

Gregory L. Miller 36, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, provide shelter to a runaway, $60,000 bond.

Lee D. Watson 27, Coeur d’Alene, rape, contempt, $20,100 bond.

Misdemeanors

Schoen O. Andersch 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/domestic battery, $200 bond.

David A. Borja 30, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $210 bond.

Michael S. Coye 31, Rathdrum, contempt/ possession of drug paraphernalia, $104 bond.

Anthony R. Engel-Ball 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $155 bond.

Michael J. Freitas 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/resisting arrest, $1,568 bond.
