Bridge Work Begins Sunday

From Staff And Wire Reports

Crews will be repairing potholes on the U.S. Highway 95 bridge over Interstate 90 starting Sunday.

Work on the five-day project has been planned for night-time in an effort to ease the impact on motorists, so drivers using the bridge between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. are urged to watch out for workers. One lane of the bridge will be closed at a time, and existing traffic signals will control the flow of vehicles through the work area.

Because repair work hinges on warm, dry weather, Idaho Transportation Department officials said that the project would be rescheduled if there is significant rain.
