Associated Press

Mark McGwire hit two tape-measure home runs the first ever off the Jacobs Field scoreboard and a tiebreaking shot in the 10th - as the Oakland Athletics defeated the Cleveland Indians 11-9 Wednesday night.

McGwire’s third-inning homer was the first to reach the scoreboard in left field. The stadium opened in 1994.
