If you’re truly trendy, finding edible flowers in your salad is no big surprise.

Finding salad dressing in a floral shop, on the other hand, is an entirely different story. But Beau-K Florists in Spokane carries Hendrickson’s Original Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil dressing, made in Missouri from an old family recipe.

A customer once brought it in and told the owners, “You’ve got to try this.” They did, and they were hooked. Now lots of their other customers are, too.

Maybe it’s the sharp, sweet-tart taste. Maybe it’s the hint of spice. Or maybe, like a fine wine, it’s the bouquet.
