U.S. Renews Reward In American Deaths
The United States renewed a $2 million reward Wednesday for information leading to the arrest of terrorists blamed for killing four American diplomatic and military officials.
Members of the leftist group November 17 claim responsibility for the 1975 death of CIA station chief Richard Welch as well as the slayings of the three other Americans and 17 other people.
It claims to have injured 28 people, most of them U.S. servicemen wounded in bomb attacks against two buses in the late 1980s.
The group claimed responsibility last month for the slaying of Greek ship owner Kostas Peratikos. The Union of Greek Ship Owners reportedly is considering issuing a $10 million bounty against the group.
