Vinnie Pecht made 3 of 4 free throws in the final seconds Saturday to rally West Valley (8-2, 3-0) to an improbable 55-53 Frontier League boys’ win at Pullman.

Pullman (7-4, 2-2) led 53-52 with 15 seconds left when Ryan Harms attempted a 3-pointer. Pecht brought down the rebound, was fouled, and made two free throws. Pullman responded with a turnover, and had to again foul Pecht, who made 1 of 2.
