Victim In Head-On Collision Dies
A Sandpoint man who was injured Jan. 7 after a head-on collision on state Highway 200 died Friday at Deaconess Medical Center.
The accident occurred when Glenn Warren, 49, tried to avoid a vehicle that was stuck in a snow berm, Idaho State Police said.
Black ice caused him to lose control of his 1980 Volkswagen bus and slide into the opposite lane. He collided head-on with an eastbound pickup truck.
Stephanie M. Waterman, the driver of the pickup, was taken to Bonner General Hospital and later was released. , DataTimes
