Greenwalt Gives Lancers Edge Against The Falcons

Travis Greenwalt made the biggest impression Friday when two of the Bi-County League’s top scorers faced off in Harrington.

Greenwalt, who averages 25.3, scored 33 as the Liberty Lancers (5-3, 3-1) rallied past the Sprague-Harrington Falcons 59-54 with 13-of-16 free-throw shooting in the second half.

David Countryman of the Falcons (2-6, 1-3) scored 28, more than eight points better than his season average.

Eddie Gibbs totaled a game-high 16 points, while Lukas O’Dowd scored 15 and grabbed 10 rebounds for Coeur d’Alene (7-3).

The Vikings got within five points in the final 2 minutes, but Kellogg iced it with free throws.
