Mr. And Mrs. Mclaughlin Nine Mile Falls

Thomas and Helen McLaughlin, Nine Mile Falls, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at 1 p.m., Wednesday, at the Earl Roethle home in Chattaroy.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Ronald McLaughlin, El Centro, Calif.; John McLaughlin, Chattaroy; and Susan Phares, Lorrie McLaughlin, and Kassandra Torrance, all of Spokane.

The McLaughlins were married Aug. 2, 1947, in Spokane. They have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
