Comment Sought On Bridge Project

An informational meeting on the shoreline permit needed to build the Lincoln Street bridge will be held today at 4 p.m. in the Champion’s Room of the Spokane Arena, 720 W. Mallon Ave.

CH2M Hill, the engineering firm designing the bridge, is asking the city hearing examiner for the permit.

Comments about the application must be submitted in writing to Steve Haynes of the Planning Services Department, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. Only the applicant and people who submit comments by Friday can appeal the hearing examiner’s decision.
