Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Paula Johnson - 24, Roy, Wash., probation violation/aggravated assault, $7,500 bond.

Lloyd Lockwood - 26, Winlock, Wash., aggravated assault, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Dean Matt - 48, Spokane, failure to appear/ non-sufficient funds checks, $5,000 bond.

Jessica Shrack - 22, Spirit Lake, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Scott Valentine - 24, Spokane, aggravated assault, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Thomas Commeau - 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/dog at large, $115 bond.

Marvin Fowler - 51, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $636 bond.

Robert Hall - 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, $1,050 bond.

Robert Kirwin - 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $203 bond.

Ian Loney - 21, Kellogg, contempt/invalid driver’s license, inattentive driving, failure to appear/suspended driver’s license, $1,207 bond.

Jason Jovett - 24, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $105 bond.

Marcus Marzullo - 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, $300 bond.

Randy Morris - 36, Airway Heights, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Gerald Norris - 31, Spokane, contempt/ domestic battery, $483 bond.

Christ Ost - 47, Spokane, contempt/resisting arrest, $153 bond.

Oliver Payne - 23, Chewelah, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $570 bond.

Jerome Rosenthal - 44, Post Falls, contempt/open container, driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $455 bond.

Jon Taylor - 35, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/jail time for driving under the influence, $616 bond.

Christopher Tucker - 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $411 bond.

Mark Zalomsky - 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $568 bond.
