Herta Sets Miller Mark

Bryan Herta broke the track record in the first day of qualifying for Sunday’s Miller 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Herta had a fast lap of 122.649 mph, breaking the mark of 122.100 set last year by Alex Zanardi.

Todd Bodine won the pole for Sunday’s Bud at the Glen in Watkins Glen, N.Y. Bodine shocked the competition with a lap of 120.505 mph for his first Winston Cup pole.
