‘Open House’ Offered Today On West First

West First residents and merchants are invited to participate in an “open house” today to discuss ways to improve the area.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Commercial Building, 1111 W. First.

Architects, developers and city officials will be present to answer questions about tax incentives and future design plans for the area.
