Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kris N. Humphries 24, Post Falls, failure to appear/burglary and grand theft, minor in possession, $10,127 bond.

Joe A. Felts 35, Careywood, grand theft, malicious injury to property, $10,000 bond.

Todd P. Bundrant 29, Richland, Wash., grand theft, contempt/driving under the influence, $10,564 bond.

William R. Rhodes 30, Coeur d’Alene, possession and delivery of methamphetamines, $25,000 bond.

Randell E. Williams 38, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/harboring a wanted felon, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

John A. Carter 39, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, transport open liquor, and failure to appear, $3,522 bond.

Gene H. Bates Jr. 26, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft and no proof of insurance, $207 bond.
