Entry-level college coaches whose earnings are restricted by the NCAA were dealt a setback in an Overland Park, Kan., court. The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals halted a lower-court order that the NCAA pay the plaintiffs $5,000 a day, or $10,000 daily after 5 p.m.Thursday.
