Police Identify Dead Woman

Compiled From Wire Services

Police on Tuesday released the name of the dead woman who was dropped off at Holy Family Hospital over the weekend.

She was Connie Christine Earlscourt, 36, of Spokane.

A man driving an orange-and-white pickup truck left Earlscourt’s body at the emergency room entrance about 10:30 p.m. Saturday and drove away.

An autopsy performed on the woman Tuesday showed no trauma or obvious cause of death, police spokesman Dick Cottam said.

Police are now awaiting the results of toxicology tests.

Detectives, who interviewed the man driving the truck, don’t believe foul play was involved, Cottam said.

The man, whom police refused to identify, was with Earlscourt when she died and left her at the hospital in an apparent panic, Cottam said.
