North Idaho College (16-1, 5-1 Scenic West) faces Colorado Northwestern (5-8, 1-4) at 7:30 at Christianson Gym. NIC’s women (11-4, 2-4) and Colorado Northwestern (0-11, 0-5) tangle at 5:30.

At a glance: Glancing at Colorado Northwestern’s record and weak tradition, it might be easy for NIC to overlook tonight and glance ahead to Saturday’s showdown with Eastern Utah (14-3). Don’t count on it. An overconfident NIC barely beat the Spartans last year, 77-75, in Christianson Gym. If NIC needed another reminder that the lower-echelon SWAC teams are competitive, last Saturday’s eight-point win over Treasure Valley should suffice.
