Andy Klungland, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Klungland, Sprague, Wash., has been selected for a Dow Jones editing internship this summer at the Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch. Klungland, a junior, is a journalism major at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Ark., where he is an assistant editor for the school newspaper.
Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Richard A. Weatherly, son of Garry R. Weatherly, Kettle Falls, Wash., was recently promoted to his present rank while serving with Helicopter Combat Support Squadron 8, Naval Air Station, Norfolk, Va.
Weatherly is a 1991 graduate of Kettle Falls High School and joined the Navy in January 1992.
