Want to have some of the bestdressed food in town?

For 30 years, Gabe and Margaret Joseph of Walla Walla gave their homemade dressing as gifts before they took their friends’ advice and began bottling it in 1992.

Gabe’s Gourmet Dressing comes in four flavors - regular, spicy, spicy-spicy and canola oil (the others use corn oil) - and does triple duty as a dressing, dip and marinade (try it on seafood).

Price: About $3.75-$7 for 8-16 ounces (larger sizes also available).
