The Waterford on South Hill wants to develop eight lots and a 64,000-square-foot nursing and rehabilitation center on the west side of Pittsburg Street, south of 30th Avenue and north of 33rd Avenue. Also, Bill and Nyla Johnson want to expand the gas station on the northwest corner of Alberta Street and Wellesley Avenue.
