Starbucks To Open Stores In Singapore

Starbucks Corp. plans to open coffee bars in Singapore beginning in December, making its first expansion into Southeast Asia.

Starbucks will open about 10 locations within its first 12 to 15 months of operation, the company said Monday. Bonvests Holdings Ltd., a Singaporean company with food service and real estate interests, will operate the stores.
