Prison Releases

The following people were released from Washington Department of Corrections prisons during June:

Hector Castaneda - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for manslaughter, Castaneda was released to California after serving five months and 29 days.

Danny Mearis - Sentenced in King County to seven years, 10 months for second-degree rape, Mearis was released to Spokane after serving four years, 11 months and one day.

Daniel Hudson - Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, three months for rape of child, Hudson was released to Spokane after serving three years, eight months and 23 days.

Jerry Aney - Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for violent sexual abuse of a child, Aney was released to Snohomish County after serving four years, one month and 26 days.

Charles Harris - Sentenced in Grays Harbor County to two years for sexual abuse of a child, Harris was released to Spokane after serving one year, six months and 25 days.

Charla Whipple - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, eight months for sexual abuse of a child, Whipple was released to King County after serving one year, one month and one day.

Eric Banks - Sentenced in King County to six years, three months for sex crime, Banks was released to Spokane after serving three years, nine months and 13 days.

Marsha Russell - Sentenced in King County to eight years, six months for first-degree robbery, Russell was released to Spokane after serving five years, five months and 25 days.

Jacob Schmitt - Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, five months for first-degree robbery, Schmitt was released to Spokane after serving two years and 10 months.

Ismiel Lopez - Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, seven months for first-degree robbery, Lopez was released to Spokane after serving one year, four months and 13 days.

Sherman Smith - Sentenced in King County to 12 years, six months for first-degree robbery, Smith was released to Spokane after serving seven years, 10 months and 20 days.

James McIntyre - Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for first-degree robbery, McIntyre was released to Spokane after serving two years and six months.

Michael East - Sentenced in Asotin County to three years for first-degree robbery, East was released to Spokane after serving two years and seven days.

Lonnie Carter - Sentenced in King County to eight years, five months for second-degree robbery, Carter was released to Spokane after serving five years, 10 months and one day.

Anthony Medeiros - Sentenced in Spokane County to seven years, two months for second-degree assault, Medeiros was released to Spokane after serving four years, four months and 16 days.

Steven Bell - Sentenced in Pierce County to one year for second-degree assault, Bell was released to Spokane after serving 10 months and 24 days.

Anthony Allen - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, two months for second-degree assault, Allen was released to Spokane after serving six months and 24 days.

Karen Roseboom - Sentenced in Spokane County to two years for second-degree assault, Roseboom was released to Spokane after serving one year, eight months and one day.

Rickey Flores - Sentenced in Stevens County to one year, eight months for second-degree assault, Flores was released to Spokane after serving 11 months and 13 days.

Jonathan Munk - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, nine months for second-degree assault, Munk was released to Spokane after serving nine months and 10 days.

David Kohler - Sentenced in Thurston County to three years for assault, Kohler was released to Spokane after serving two years, six months and nine days.

Daniel Kraft - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, 10 months for assault, Kraft was released to Spokane after serving one year, two months and eight days.

Christopher Propps - Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, 10 months for assault, Propps was released to Clallam County after serving two years and six months.

Johnnie Witherspoon - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, nine months for first-degree burglary, Witherspoon was released to Spokane after serving 12 months and one day.

Joshua Nason - Sentenced in Spokane County to three years for second-degree burglary, Nason was released to Spokane after serving 11 months and 22 days.

Robert Lindor - Sentenced in Cowlitz County to five years and five months for second-degree burglary, Lindor was released to Spokane after serving three years and 28 days.

Laurence Jones - Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months for a drug crime, Jones was released to Spokane after serving eight months and 19 days.
