Norman Brown Priest River

Visitation for Norman E. Brown, 75, is scheduled from 8 to 9 p.m. today at Sherman-Knapp Funeral Home in Newport, Wash. Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Priest River Community Congregational Church. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Priest River.

Mr. Brown, who died Wednesday, was born in Gateway, Mont., and moved to Priest River when he was an infant.

Mr. Brown married Nellie Dalebout in 1944 in Newport.

He worked for Arley Stewart in the 1940s and for various logging companies.

Survivors include his wife, Nellie, and one daughter, Linda Naccarato of Anchorage, Alaska.

Memorial contributions may be made to Priest River Community Congregational Church.

Andrew Bellows Spokane

Visitation for Andrew J. Bellows, 86, is scheduled from noon to 8 p.m. today at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-South. Memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Monday at First Covenant Church.

Mr. Bellows died Thursday. He was born in Russia.

He immigrated to Canada and moved to Spokane in 1957.

He worked as a warehouse manager for Polar Cold Storage and retired in 1975.

He was a member of First Covenant Church, where he was a deacon and a member of the choir.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Alvera Bellows; one daughter, Iris Nitz of Spokane; one son, Terry Bellows of California; four brothers and six sisters, three grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
