Riverside Enjoys Its New Frontier
Riverside made its first Frontier League football game a memorable one Friday as Jared Hansen rushed for 95 yards and Joel Schurtz passed for 91 in a 24-6 win over Pullman at Chattaroy.
Schurtz completed 6 of 13 passes and is 21 of 34 for the season. The Rams (1-0, 3-0), 1993 State A champions, have outscored rivals 86-16.
Brent Johnson rushed for 125 yards on 19 carries for the Greyhounds (0-1, 0-3).
