Man Hospitalized After Stabbing

A stabbing at a downtown apartment building on Saturday night left a man critically wounded.

Spokane Police said the victim was stabbed several times in the chest and was in serious condition at Sacred Heart Medical Center. His injuries were not life threatening.

The man was stabbed in a second floor apartment about 7 p.m., but climbed the stairs to the third floor where he collapsed. A third-floor resident called police.

The victim lives at the Del Mar apartment building, but the attacker does not, Spokane Police Sgt. Larry Adams said. , DataTimes
