Semi Rollover Blocks Traffic On Broadway I-90 Overpass

A semi-truck rolled over on Friday, blocking the westbound lanes of Broadway on the Interstate 90 overpass for about four hours.

The truck, loaded with tire parts, rolled onto its side about 4 p.m. at the east end of the overpass, the Washington State Patrol said.
