American Neo-Nazi Appealing Extradition

Compiled From Wire Services

An American neo-Nazi lost his second appeal Friday of an extradition order to Germany, but immediately appealed to Denmark’s Highest Court, his lawyer said.

The appeals court upheld a Danish government decision to send Gary Lauck to Germany to face charges he distributed illegal racist propaganda and Nazi symbols from his base in Lincoln, Neb.

Lauck was arrested in Denmark on March 20 at on an international arrest warrant from Germany, which accuses him of being the main supplier of propaganda to German neo-Nazis for two decades.

Lauck has been arguing that his propaganda activities are “political and non-violent.”
