Hancock Pitches Three-Hit Shutout

Hancock put his special signature on a strong pitching performance Thursday.

Aaron Hancock pitched a three-hit shutout as Chapter 11/Longhorn BBQ (6-1) defeated Maxwell House 3-0 in American Legion baseball at Shadle Park’s Al K. Jackson Field.

Christiaan Ross and Joe Baune had RBI singles, and Chris Wilson doubled and scored a run for the winners. Maxwell House is 2-3.

At Gonzaga University, Bryan Miller was 3 for 3 with three RBIs as Spokane Federal Credit Union (5-3) toppled Hillyard Boosters 11-0 in five innings.

The losers dropped to 2-5.
