Opec Postpones Action On Key Issues

Compiled From Wire Services

OPEC ministers face some troubling questions but no easy answers as they look for ways to keep the cartel, and its share of the world oil market, from shrinking.

Oil ministers finished their summer meeting Tuesday by saying solutions to these problems must wait for another day.

OPEC Secretary General Rilwanu Lukman of Nigeria said ministers are hoping to keep Gabon in the fold, but he would not say how.
