A Drink To Your Health

Don’t just mow the grass this summer - drink it.

Wheat grass is one of the more exotic ingredients that goes into Ellen Hawkes’ healthy concoctions at Spokane’s Catapult Juice Works.

Hawkes also blends a host of more garden-variety veggies and fruits - from pineapple and papaya to carrots and beets - into tasty, nutrient-packed drinks.

They’re the right stuff to slake a summer thirst. Even if you decide to just sit back and let the grass grow.

Cost: $2 to $5.50 for 10 to 16 ounces, depending on size and ingredients.

Available: Catapult Juice Works, 703 N. Monroe (324-8110).
