Cincy Wants Bengals

While Cincinnati Bengals general manager Mike Brown pondered a move to Baltimore, a task force was working to complete a stadium financing plan to keep the team in Cincinnati.

The plan could be before Brown within two weeks, members said.

Brown flew to Baltimore Thursday and met with officials trying to lure an NFL team.
