Semi-Truck Rollover Blocks I-90 On-Ramp

A semi-truck loaded with 47,000 pounds of dog food rolled over early Monday on the westbound on-ramp to Interstate 90 from Sprague Avenue.

The Washington State Patrol closed the on-ramp for most of the night.

Meanwhile, the dog food was taken out of the trailer by hand so authorities could turn the trailer upright, the state patrol said.
