Mr. And Mrs. Cress Mead

Delbert and Faye Cress, Mead, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a buffet luncheon reception from 1 to 4 p.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.

Hosts will be their children and spouses: Carma and Ronald Knapp, and Rhonda and Craig Lee, all of Spokane; Dr. Lawrence and Linda Cress, Salem, Ore.; and Laura and Thomas Reid, Tualatin, Ore.

Married July 18, 1945, in Spokane, the couple have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
