Browne’s Addition Auto Tires Slashed
At least a dozen tires were slashed on cars parked in Browne’s Addition on Thursday, Spokane police said.
Six cases occurred in the 1800 and 1900 blocks of West Riverside. Four others were reported on the 1700, 1800 and 1900 blocks of West First and one occurred on South Elm.
In most cases, tires on the driver’s side of the cars were cut. There was other damage on several more cars. On the 1600 block of South Ash, someone broke into a car through a side window and stole a cassette player, police said.
All of the incidents occurred late Thursday and early Friday.
