New faces:
Patrick Kirby has joined Chase, Hayes & Kalamon P.S. as an associate. He is a graduate of Marquette University and Gonzaga University School of Law and previously worked for a Minnesota law firm. Kirby will practice in the areas of labor law, workers’ compensation, employment law and commercial law.
Earl Engle has joined R.W.R. Northwest as an associate broker. Engle previously was owner and president of Pacific Western Industries, and most recently owner and president of Engle & Associates, commercial real estate services, Seattle.
Cheryl McLean and Daniel Smith have been named personal financial advisors with the Spokane office of American Express Financial Advisor Inc. McLean, who is a CPA, received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana and has eight years of professional business and accounting experience.
Smith, who earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, previously worked for Safeway Inc. as the training manager in Northern California.
Spokane Airports has named Peter Troyer chief of airport police. Troyer was formerly the assistant chief of the Wichita Airport Public Safety Division in Wichita, Kan. He is a graduate of the FBI’s National Academy and earned a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University.
Greentree Behavioral Health, a division of Spokane Community Mental Health Center, has added the following people to its staff:
Kevin Bratcher is a therapist who treats anxiety disorders, interpersonal and social difficulties and depression. Bratcher earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Washington University. He was previously a clinician and quality assurance manager at Good Samaritan Mental Health Center in Puyallup, Wash.
Leesa Sjolin is a biofeedback and relaxation therapist. She received a master’s degree from Eastern Washington University and has lectured internationally at the University of Zagreb, University of Zadar in Croatia and the University of Odessa Medical School in Ukraine.
Lou Sowers is a psychologist and child mental health specialist. Sowers, who received a PhD from the University of Southern California, provides psychological assessments; individual, group and family therapy with a focus on children and teen-agers; and serves as a consultant to local school districts.
M.E. “Pat” Davey, a longtime international consultant for aluminum plant projects of Kaiser Aluminum Corp. and other companies, has been elected to the board of directors of Solv-Ex Corp. and will head development of its aluminum production project in Alberta.
Steve Wilson has been named account executive for Chemical Financial Services Corp.’s new home equity lending office at 524 N. Mullan Road. Chemical Financial Services is an affiliate of Chemical Bank, the nation’s third-largest banking organization.
Cindy Ledo has joined the vocational rehabilitation department of Medical Rehabilitation Consultant Inc. as a supervisor. Ledo has experience in Worker’s Compensation, including early intervention and job replacement. Kristine Bennett has joined Medical Rehabilitation Consultants Inc. as nurse consultant in the utilization management department. Bennett, a registered nurse, will conduct medical and surgical precertification/pre-admission reviews as well as prenatal and well baby education.
Windermere Real Estate’s Kettle Falls office has hired Jim Levora as a sales associate. Levora has been in the real estate industry for two years.

Anne Easterly has been appointed a personal banking officer of Bank of America Idaho, Coeur d’Alene. Easterly has worked at the Coeur d’Alene branch since 1989 as a customer service representative and then as a financial services representative.
Shiela Weeks has been named customer service manager of U.S. Bank, North Idaho District. Weeks will oversee customer service activities of the bank’s Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and Silver Lake branches, as well as two grocery store financial markets in Coeur d’Alene and Lewiston. Weeks began her career with U.S. Bank in 1993 as customer service manager at the Silver Lake Mall branch.

Jan Ekstrom has opened Janek Co., which will specialize in real estate marketing and consulting. Ekstrom was formerly with Tomlinson Real Estate and Tomlinson Builders services.
Dianne Welsh has opened Welsh Bleck International Inc., a full-service advisory firm offering training, seminars, consulting, research and public relations. The firm specializes in improving management of strategic change and human resources, global opportunities, franchising, and customer service.
Donald Lewis opened a sales office in Spokane for Ergonomics Plus. Lewis, who retired after 30 years in sales for Xerox, will specialize in sales and service of Ergontron products, ergonomic computer workstations.
