Loon Lake Fourth of July Boat parade
Loon Lake property owners for the past 30 years have celebrated Independence Day by decorating boats, gathering in a group and parading the craft amidst all vacationers along the docks. Assaulting each other with water balloons up to water cannons, boaters compete for prizes for everything from the most patriotic to the most original boat decorations.
