Parkour in Spokane

Tucked into a corner of Riverfront Park, near the big red wagon, are a pair of large, concrete planters, one sitting slightly uphill from the other. At least, that’s what it would look like to you or me. To Jarrod Swanson, the planters looked like an opportunity. A chance for fun. Something to jump on. “How can I play with it?” Swanson asks. “That’s how we look at this – our big playground.”
