Spc. Jarrod Lallier's memorial service
Spc. Jarrod Lallier, 20, of Spokane, was killed June 18, 2012, in Afghanistan when men dressed as Afghan police turned their weapons against his unit. On Monday, July 2, 2012, Lallier received military honors at his memorial, which took place the day before what would have been his 21st birthday. After the memorial at Life Center Foursquare Church, the procession headed to Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery for interment services.

Spc. Jarrod A. Lallier, 20, a Spokane Wash. native, who served as an Infantryman with Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, died June 18 from wounds sustained in a firefight in Zharay District, Kandahar province, Afghanistan.
